The Linksys WUSB11 v2.8 USB Wireless-B Networking Adapter is a sought-after wireless adapter that, because of its Linux roots, works with Series 2 Tivo DVRs, MSNTV / MSNTV2 / WebTV boxes, many versions of Linux, and most versions of Windows.

If you’re looking for a low-cost alternative wireless adapter for your Tivo DVR, bear in mind that the WUSB11 v2.8 will only work with Tivo Series 2 DVRs (including Dual Tuner units). It will not work with the Series 3 or HD Tivo units, DirectTV units with Tivo, Humax units with Tivo, or any other 3rd party DVR with Tivo technology.
